Ken Willard spent a little over ten years coaching pastors and consulting with churches, districts, and conferences all over the country before joining the staff at West Virginia UMC Conference in 2018. Where he is the Director of Faith Communities ReNEWal.

Ken holds a Masters of Adult Education and Training, is a certified On-Boarding facilitator, and a certified Intro to Situational Leadership II trainer with Ken Blanchard organization.
