Ken Willard

Ken Willard spent a little over ten years coaching pastors and consulting with churches, districts, and conferences all over the country before joining the staff at West Virginia UMC Conference as Director of Congregational Vitality and Co-Director of Connectional Ministries in 2018.

Ken holds a Masters of Adult Education and Training, is a certified On-Boarding facilitator, and a certified Intro to Situational Leadership II trainer with Ken Blanchard organization.
